No refund and returns during sale period except for wrongly delivered items.
We accept return of products which are defective, faulty or incorrectly delivered subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below.
Terms and Conditions
As the items are hand delivered, customers are required to check the items for any fault, damage or incorrect delivery at the time of delivery.
Under very exceptional circumstances if the product is found to be defective, faulty or wrongly delivered after delivery, the customer is required to inform Tatini's via email at email@example.com immediately with the product details and the reason for return. In such circumstances, the customer is required to ensure that item(s) must be returned within 3 days from the original date of receipt, unused and with all tags and labels intact.
The decision to refund the money or exchange the Product, returned by the Customer is at the sole discretion of Tatini's.
Refunds or exchange or Products will be processed by Tatini's only after the Product is received by Tatini's and not based on receipts of proof of posting.
For items which are fragile in nature, customers are strongly encouraged to hand deliver the items personally to the address mentioned below.
